No previous gymnastics experience required for these classes, which are designed to teach basic skills on vaulting, high bar, rings, pommel horse, parallel bar, and floor exercise.

Level 4 - 6 compulsory gymnasts compete in USA Gymnastics (USAG) Junior Olympic sanctioned competitions. The routines, which are defined by USAG, are identical for each competitor.
